HMWAIC in the White House perss conference on Obamacare fix

He has been babbling all over the place for over 30 minutes and IMHO hasn't answered any question that could be satisfied with a "YES" or "NO" answer.  He is 100% on the defense and still trying to blow smoke up everybody's backside while tooting his own horn about being imperfect.

Hell, it was widespread knowledge he was far from being remotely qualified for his present position to those who evaluated him with objective criteria.  But he chose to be Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny all rolled into one to the give me crowd and LIVE's.

He is the epitome of the person who, when asked for the time, will not tell the time but go at length explaining how to build a watch.

All he did in this speech is to set the stage to blame the insurance companies when he proposed those who had policies cancelled could get those plans back.  He knows full well the insurance companies have been rewriting their polices over the years to be in compliance with this train wreck ...AKA Obamacare!  So, for the companies to backtrack and reissue/reinsure those preciously cancelled will be far more difficult then him standing on a podium saying people may keep their plans.

Considering the MT suit HMWAIC was doing a song and dance act by legislating from a press conference by saying those who had policies cancelled could get those plans back, which both circumvents and violates the Constitution.

The dismal spectacle performed by Obama today compels me to ask any and all liberal/progressive/socialists out there in fantasy land to cite the specific constitutional power of the President that allows the President to pick and choose which provisions of a law, that was passed, signed and deemed constitutional, to enforce and when to enforce.
