Word on the street is that the half Negro will be giving a speech on the "year of action"
I wonder if that will be as successful as
the summer of recovery
the program of cash for clunkers
the plan of closing gitmo
the plan of shovel ready jobs
the plan of energy independence

Look for:
"I inherited a bad economy" (you know he is correct .. he inherited the terrible economic situation he created during his first term!)
"I am willing to work with anyone, the Republicans refuse to work with me"
"Some people just don't like a black President"
Blah, blah, blah .. blame and excuses ad nauseam.
