The religion of atheism comes up with it's own 10 Commandments

1. Be open-minded and be willing to alter your beliefs with new evidence.
   This, of course, does not include any evidence that points to an intelligent designer.
2. Strive to understand what is most likely to be true, not to believe what you wish to be true.

3. The scientific method is the most reliable way of understanding the natural world.
   Except when it pertains to the origin of life, which can't be proven with the scientific method (or for much of the evolutionary THEORY, for that matter). For this just refer to the inverse of second part of #2 ( not to believe what you wish to be true.)

4. Every person has the right to control over their body.
   Does not pertain to those being aborted. They have no rights.

5. God is not necessary to be a good person or to live a full and meaningful life.
   Huh? This sentence does not even make sense.....

6. Be mindful of the consequences of all your actions and recognize that you must take responsibility for them.
   Personal responsibility? Huh? Well in the case of #4, don't worry about it.
   Just have an abortion so you don't have   to take personal responsibility.


7. Treat others as you would want them to treat you, and can reasonably expect them to want to be treated. Think about their perspective.
   Good rule. Too bad it was stolen from the Bible.

8. We have the responsibility to consider others, including future generations.

9. There is no one right way to live.
   This is a contradiction to all of the other rules. All of the other commandments don't pertain. Live like you want. It doesn't matter. All that matters is how you FEEL. LOL.

10. Leave the world a better place than you found it.

So now you refer to Christianity as someone else's religion and not "our" religion? Which is it? You sure have issues defining your faith.

No one can find peace "from" God.

You can only find peace "in" God.

Oh, and Kirk Cameron is a great guy. I've never seen him display anger and hatred in his practice of his religion. The only anger and hatred I have seen is that demonstrated by those that profess to practice NO religion.
