Doesn't matter if the pizza delivery dude takes EBT cards or not since EBT users with temporary assistance can go to an ATM and withdraw cash to pay for the pizza, buy a jug or tip a stripper.

Oh Gomezz sweetie you are better than this.

What menu items at Taco Bell and KFC would even be eligible for direct purchase with an EBT card [hint: USDA-FNS is very specific in items which may not be purchased] ?  and

How many Taco Bell and KFC locations in SD are approved as retailers in the SNAP EBT card program ?

Now we know what the slut's problem really is.  She is just pissed that she can't put the tip on the EBT card.  The surprising thing is that there is a liberal who would tip somebody who served them.  They feel entitled and therefore rarely tip restaurant workers.

What does a state need to do to participate in the Restaurant Meals Program?

No new legislation is required at either the federal or state level to participate. States must simply work with USDA to apply. Typically, the state authorities that administer SNAP notify the USDA regional Food and Nutrition Service EBT coordinator in writing of intent to participate. The state also provides a detailed plan to identify participants for the program and to demonstrate how it will monitor the program. Restaurants in that state may then apply to be authorized to participate.

How does a restaurant gain approval to participate in the Restaurant Meals Program?

Applications vary from state to state. The restaurant owner signs an agreement with the state stipulating that the restaurant meets basic government requirements to participate, including the ability to process EBT card payments at the point of sale. There is also a USDA application to become a licensed SNAP provider. Both the USDA application and the signed state agreement are sent to the USDA field office for approval. An application must be completed for each restaurant location that wishes to accept SNAP benefits.

Restaurants cannot charge a sales or meal tax on prepared foods purchased with SNAP benefits. Restaurants must also offer low cost options and must agree not to accept SNAP benefits for gratuities.

Oh Mr Jammer very nice outline of the way that a vendor gets approval to be in the SNAP EBT program.  Entirely superfluous to the questions put to you (have Gomezz help you with the vocabulary).  It's ok, I've come to expect a lot of empty extra wind from you.

Oh Holy Mother of Christo. Who really gives a fcuk? The fact remains that EBT cards can be used in certain states to buy certain foods at certain restaurants to purchase certain fcuking "fast" food. They can also be used in certain fcukin' states to withdraw temporary welfare funds for whatever expenses the "user" deems necessary to use them on.

From a story 4 years ago:

In an ever-growing number of states, if you crave a taco or fried chicken from a fast-food restaurant, you can pay for it with food stamps.

Food stamps - known more formally as the USDA’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - have been in use for grocery staples, such as bread and milk, since 1934, but now, for the first time, they can be used for fast food in four states across the country.

Liberal sinners and the sins they commit

I wonder if your neighbors know that there are approximately 30 million illegal immigrants in the United States.  The lying liberals would like everyone to believe it is a much smaller number, but they are as usual LYING.

It costs US TAXPAYERS $12 billion a year to pay for the primary and secondary education for the children of these illegal immigrants.

Illegal immigrants make up 30% of the US prison population and they cost us another $1.6 billion a year.

If the dumbass liberals get their way, it will cost US TAXPAYERS over $6 trillion in the next 50 years to legalize these illegal immigrants if they are allowed to stay.

Anybody who is good enough with math to be able to count to 10 by memory understands that we simply cannot afford these illegals, not to mention the safety concerns associated with them being in this country.  This enormous problem exists for one very simple reason and you have no further to look than the “tree hugging bitch” that lives down the street from you.

Liberalism is a disease that is destroying our country.

Most of your neighbors probably don’t think much of lobbyists, in fact some of them might downright dislike them.  But I bet that your neighbors don’t know that progressive liberals not only created lobbyists but are also the sole reason they exist to this day.

Think about it, what are the most prevalent things that lobbyists lobby for?

Tax breaks or carve outs to reduce their taxes
Regulations – either to exempt themselves or to put in place to aid their business
Government handouts of taxpayer money

Well, those things ONLY exist because of progressive liberal policies and programs.  If the ridiculous progressive liberal tax codes were replaced with a tax code that followed conservative principles, there would be no deductions, exemptions or carve outs.  There would be ONE single tax rate that everyone paid and there would be no deductions for special interests to lobby for.

If there was no “regulation nation” as we have it under our progressive liberal dictators, that would be the end of the fire extinguisher lobby group to lobby for a regulation to have a fire extinguisher required in every room of every building in this country.  If we didn’t have government telling us how much water we could use to flush our toilets or what kind of light bulbs, just what would the dimwits on K Street lobby for?

And if we reduced the power of the progressive socialist CENTRAL government and returned our country to the system of Federalism our Founding Fathers gave us, there would be no need to hire a lobbyist as the government that you needed to deal with would be much closer to you and you could just walk into see them.

And finally if our government was only concerned with providing equal OPPORTUNITY for every citizen and not equal THINGS as demanded by PROGRESSIVE LIBERALS, then there would be no government money to HANDOUT to the begging lobbyists.

Be sure to let your neighbors know that when they hear about the evils of lobbyists in our system of government that they have nobody to blame except the tree hugging bitch that lives down the street.  Get rid of liberalism and the lobbyists will disappear.

Obama said that Obamacare was going to reduce health insurance premiums.  Well how did that promise turn out?

From the article wrote:Premiums under the Affordable Care Act will rise in nearly every state this year, spiking health insurance costs for nearly all Americans, according to a new report.

When you tell your neighbors that Obama's promise was nothing more than another LIBERAL LIE, they will probably want to know just how much premiums are going to increase and you can tell them:

When talking to your friends, relatives and neighbors, it is probably a good idea to talk to them about what they might encounter if they make the mistake of talking to a liberal.  It is wise to inform them about the evil cretins who will be trying to deceive them.  They need to understand that:

Liberals attack the messenger because they cannot argue against the facts or the reality of the situation.

Liberals misrepresent, distort and outright lie about almost everything they talk about because they are nothing but con artists.  They are selling evil and the truth of what they are selling is a difficult pill to swallow for most Americans except for the progressive socialist “useful idiots” who accept government handouts in return for their support and votes.

Liberals use guns and climate change as imaginary monsters because they have no real solutions to problems such as Islamic terrorism, failing schools, a dismal economy, real wage decline, crime, mass shootings or any other problem facing our country.

That still doesn't explain how an average can be higher than a range high. It's like saying the average temp is 20 degree but the average high is only 16. Am I the only one who noticed that?

I admit, it looks confusing at the best and perhaps a little suspect.  However, Obamacare is extremely confusing.  There are Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze plans not to mention a special Catastrophic plan.  Some states appear to be dropping certain plans and carriers have been dropping like flies.

So I will personally give them the benefit of the doubt and just assume that it is probably a consequence of how the data was submitted or rolled up.

In any event asshole, since you seem to be a rocket scientist, and you are so concerned with California why don't you give us what the rates went up in California?

I personally think the average data presented per state is probably fairly accurate and including the ranges that they did only confused the issue.

How can Freedom Partners (let alone dailysignal, dailycaller, and fox business) expect to be taken seriously when they don't even understand averages?
