I thought the same thing last night. Apparently we haven't learned from our mistakes, and I sure don't see Bubba holding a gun to anyone's head making them write these loans. This is insanity.

Lenders are drowning in cash. They don't care ab out risk they just need to get more than a couple percent on their investments. Wish there was a way i could do that legally.
