It would have to be someone who's political career is already over.  I doubt Bush would be willing.  Christie?  Carson?  What's Palin got going on the next few months?

Donald should try for some kind of unity ticket, but you can forget Cruz or Rubio because of the ill will. Probably Kasich or Carson because Kasich lacks a coherent ideology and would sell his soul to the Devil for a position in a Trump administration while Carson is struggling to stay/become relevant. Carson never developed enough support to be relevant but his incoherence coupled with Donald's would be a hoot. Personally I think the Republican party is going to fracture in Cleveland and the evangelicals and conservatives are going to stay home and not vote. Hillary will be president 1 year before being impeached for her mishandling of state secrets.

Walker is possibly the best qualified for the VP job. He would ground Trump in the fine points of running a politically oriented elected office. I know, he isn't really "conservative" enough, but he'll get the job done without the screeching and yowling of the left getting in his way, just as he did in Wisconsin.
