I am pretty bummed about this. I would think that he would have waited until after the convention.

It didn't matter who he endorsed. Either one will suck.

Re: President endorses Hillary Clinton
I have a lot of respet for Bernie and I think that he had a good solid, extremely important message, but I'm not sure the country was ready to elect a self-described socialist.
I was most interested in O'Malley early on, but he seemed to have succumbed to "the system". Bernie can complain all he wants, but I think O'Malley could teach even him a thing or two about a "rigged" system.
I've lost a lot of respect for Berne though in the past several weeks. Even now he can say what he wants about the delegate/super-delegate/popular vote, but he's lost no matter how they are sliced and diced. I'm all for a hearty debate, but as far as I'm concerned he's warn his welcome in this primary. This past few weeks he's done more harm than good and is coming off as being a bit childish. Maybe that's why were not ready for a full blooded socialist.

Ol BS is a commie who will screech his screed till he is dragged from the stage and stifled permanently. The Pantsuit is no doubt having apoplectic fits trying to entice one of her acolytes to shut him up premanently ala Foster. Bernie is performing a service to both parties by continuing to make himself heard and not giving in. Heis also doing us a service by hi liting inequities in the primary election process that puts one candidate on the rails to office and derails others. Trumps doing the same thing.
