She was absolutely correct and I am proud she is a South Dakotan. Hell, I would liken the BLM movement to no different than ISIS only a bit dialed back in their tactics currently. Make no bones about these are terrorists in every sense of the word. The Texas shooter was a member but since it doesn't fit the leftest narrative, that fact will be left out. Wouldn't surprise me if the two occupants didn't just commit an armed robbery.

The State could clarify this in 5 minutes and won't so I would assume it doesn't fit the narrative. If he was denied in one county he would be everywhere else. The people's republic also requires a bunch of hoops to get a permit.

Is tht record kept by the State there or the county as issuing agency? It is possible that he got a CC in AZ, anyone from anywhere can get one there if you pass the background check and complete the training.

Take a little time to look at the summary data and  the states for a thumbnail narrative of the incidents and determine for yourself the validity of the claim by BLM, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and others that blacks are being shot at a greater rate than whites.

And there is solid data that blacks are engaging in self destructive behavior.

Blacks comprise 47% of all homicide victims and are 53% of offenders. Much of this crime is black on black..

Blacks account for 62% drug-related homicides compared to 37% for whites. 66% percent of all drug-related homicide offenders were black as compared to 33% percent white.

Blacks comprise 44% of felony murder victims and make up 60% of the offenders.

It is obvious that blacks commit violent crimes at a much higher rate than any other race in America yet Black Lives Matters feel that every law enforcement / black interaction is a fault of law enforcement.

BLM, the Black Panthers and the Black Power movement are responsible for inciting violence against the police and ratcheting up tension in the black neighborhoods.

The libs create targets then they incite them to run in front of the guns. An old idea created centuries ago by Kings to get the troops, then get them to die for them. Today the mechanism is to create an atmosphere of persecution, then entitlement, then violence when their "demands" go unfulfilled. It's hard to gain respect when you're burning the town down and screeching about how unfair things are. Respect is earned not assumed, that's why I have no respect for BarryO.

I think it is more about creating an environment of antagonism and that it is a well defined repressive liberal strategy.  They want to fundamentally transform America into a repressive socialist state.  This means that they will have to erode our liberties in order to replace it with government coercion.

When you have a harmonious society, individual liberties and freedom thrive.  Coercion by a tyrannical government is not well accepted by the citizens.  However, if you can turn human nature into a more antagonistic environment it becomes much easier to have ever increasing levels of government coercion "to help fix things" become an acceptable way of life.  PROGRESSIVELY this increasing level of coercion turns into a tyrannical nightmare.

Minnesota has extremely low reciprocity with other states. You need to take an 8 hour class, prove you are proficient at shooting then get your permit from a Sheriff's office as I recall.
