How Times have Changed

That time Walmart got offended by the idea of a female president

I'm not as in awe as I should be about the thought of electing a woman president, like I was when we elected our first black president. Possibly because she's such a well known politician that the fact she is a woman slips my mind. Maybe it's time to sit up and pay attention though. This was just 20 years ago. This is pathetic. I remember when I was young, a salesman stopped to sell us a set of encyclopedias. Mom decided to go ahead and do it, and as she was writing out the check the guy asked her if her husband would respect her decision. She ran his azz out of there. I wouldn't be surprised if he sat at the end of our driveway and cried after the tongue lashing he got. We forget how recently women were treated like second class citizens. Thankfully this country has moved hard to the left as of late, but still, maybe it's time for me to stop being so complacent about women's struggles and give Hillary the credit she deserves.

How can conservatives read this crock of bullshit and let it go unchallenged. We have got to stop letting these lying sacks of dogshit rewrite history and control the narratives with their lies.
There are EQUAL rights and there and SPECIAL rights. Ever since the founding of this country conservatives have been leading the charge for EQUAL rights. They believed that every single person should have EQUAL rights. From the fight to end slavery to the right for women to vote, it has been conservatives (Republicans) who have led this fight. Liberal democrats hate EQUAL rights and are always fighting for SPECIAL rights.
Take a look at the real history of this country and you will see the Founders founded this country on conservative principles; the Republican Party was actually formed to fight for the end to slavery and the people who led the women’s suffrage movement were all conservative Republicans. And every step of the way LIBERAL democrats fought to preserve slavery and prevent women from voting. Don’t let these lying sacks of dogshit try to claim that they were responsible for these events, they were not. In fact, they fought conservatives every inch of the way.
When you see these lying sacks of dogshit spreading their lies, it is time to take a stand against these assholes. There is no place in a civil society for these repressive lying liberals.
