Lookie here, all dressed up and nowhere to go. Just in case anybody thought I was blowing smoke out of my ass when I said we didn't need to increase oil production, here you go. I guess you'll have to concentrate on spewing hate instead of oil this time around. Thx Obama for all that you've done. We're going to miss you more than ever!!

You truly are a mental midget.  Either you don't read what you post links to or you don't understand them  You are a complete moron but then that is no surprise as you are a REPRESSIVE liberal.

As for Obama, he has done nothing to help increase the production of hydrocarbons in this country.   The increase in production has been in spite of Obama's attempts to cut back on production.  I challenge you to list the PRECISE things that Obama did to increase oil production and then show the results that came from Obama's actions.  I dare say you will be hard pressed to list one let alone ten.

If one were to list the things that he did to inhibit the growth of production, the list would be quite long with just his attempts to derail the Keystone and Dakota Access pipelines as starters.

In the early 1970's, repressive liberals were screaming that the world was almost out of oil and that within a couple of decades we would have virtually no oil left.  History has proven you assholes wrong on that one.  But once again no surprise as ALL of the repressive liberals scared tactics have proven to be lies or as today you would like to call FAKE NEWS.

The world truly would be a better place if we could eliminate liberalism from the planet.

I see that Jackoff Jones has been on the forum since I challenged him to list the things that Obama did to increase oil production in the US but he failed to respond.  That means one of 2 things, he is either busy Googling away trying to come up with something or he has crawled back under his rock because it is apparent that once again he has been shown to be a blatant liar.

I am betting that he can't come up with any VALID responses.  The key word being VALID as we all know repressive liberals LIE and spread FAKE NEWS.

If Hamm doesn't want to ramp up his production in Bakken with oil prices rebounding, that's his business. But I bet he does when the Texans start bringing on all that new production out of the newly discovered reserves in the Permian Basin. Unlike Russia or OPEC, in the US the market will decide how much oil we'll have.

It is interesting what we have been told in the past by these repressive liberals in order to sell their EVIL agenda.  Whether it is oil, natural gas, air pollution, global cooling, global warming or whatever their HOAX of the day is, it is always proven wrong in the end.

https://stevengoddard.wordpress.com/2014/01/09/jimmy-carter-world-to-run-out-of-oil-by-2010/

Repressive liberals are the originators of FAKE NEWS.  I personally prefer to call them lying assholes.  Why anyone believes a single word they say is a mystery to me.  Well actually not, conservatives have sat on our lazy asses and have not gone door to door to our friends and neighbors and informed them about the truth.  It is time to shed some light on these disgusting cockroaches.

Still nothing from the lying sack of dogshit Jackoff Jones.  He is a worthless piece of scum who will lie to advance his evil agenda of communism and support his elitist handlers Obama and George Soros.  Imagine how utterly dishonest this asshole is when he starts a thread honoring Obama as our ENERGY PRESIDENT.   The only honor Obama has achieved is that he is the biggest FAILURE to occupy the White House.

Hey jackass, that is very interesting.  You have been back on here 5 times without responding.  What type of job do you have that allows you to go on a forum over 5 times in an afternoon?  But a bigger question, what type of a pure jackass would then claim that your job is what is preventing you from backing up your FAKE NEWS.

You are a true piece of dogshit, so don't even bother to answer because we all know that all you have is more FAKE NEWS.

First of all how could this be considered in any way to be fake news?? scratch scratch scratch

As I've said before our cheap dollar that was derived from QE was a huge factor in our ability to economically extract and export petroleum products. Obama supported these QE measures. Obama doubled production of clean energy, which has lessened our need for oil. He pushed car manufacturers to increase fuel economy as part of their bailout package....

Just to show what a lying sack of dogshit you are, I went and looked up the data.  US consumption of clean energy in 2008 was 7.174 quadrillion BTUs and in 2015 it was 9.577 quadrillion BTUs.  That is a LONG way from doubling.

And for lessening our need for fossil fuels, clean energy accounted for about 7% - 8% of our total energy consumption when Obama took office and last year it accounted for about 9.5% of our total energy.  So during Obama's tenure and billions of taxpayer dollars used to subsidize clean energy, it made a whopping difference of about 2 percentage points.

Obama: Our Energy President Empty Re: Obama: Our Energy President

Post  Jammer Tue Dec 13, 2016 8:26 am

This is a classic example of how the repressive liberal useful idiots go about their JOB.

The first thing useful idiot comrade Jackoff Jones did was to initiate a thread with the title: “Obama: Our Energy President”.  He tries to create the perception that Obama has been good for energy and then attempts to praise him for it.

This is what useful idiots are taught to do in their George Soros funded training.  When the reality of the situation is that Obama has been an abject failure in everything he has touched, they attempt to control the narrative to rewrite history in the minds of low information voters.

They give a “head fake” by inserting some current piece of news that is either not relevant or confusing in the details.  They infer or point out that this information confirms their original premise in this case that Obama was great for energy.

They hope that their deception goes forward without objection, but if it is contested they either try to ignore the objections to their claims or merely brush off the objections calling them irrelevant.  If necessary, they will throw out a few unsubstantiated claims that support their original point.

If they are challenged by ACTUAL DATA, they go into their “throw bullshit at them” approach.  This usually means that they will just throw out a bunch of links provided to them from their George Soros funded website under the topic they are supporting.  Almost always and this case is no different, these links will include information from either PolitiFact or FactCheck.org.  The repressive liberals represent both of these sites as nonbiased, nonpartisan fact checking websites.  However, nothing could be further from the truth.  They are both far left leaning SPIN machines for the demonrat party.

Both PolitiFact and FactCheck.org will take whatever repressive liberal lie is being challenged and SPIN it until you are dizzy.  They will almost always rate an OUTRIGHT LIE by a repressive liberal as MOSTLY TRUE.  That is standard operating procedure for them.  I personally refuse to go to either of the 2 websites because they are 100% far left leaning and totally in the tank for the socialist element in this country.

Besides using links from these 2 left wing extremist organizations, the useful idiots will rely on their Soros training to use distortion, misrepresentation and misdirection to sell their LIE.  In this case you will note that the useful idiot Jackoff Jones claimed that Obama doubled the production of clean energy.    However, the link from the renewable energy world site is labeled RENEWABLE energy and not clean energy.  ---    renewableenergyworld.com/articles/2012/08/renewable-energy-sees-explosive-growth-during-obama-administration.html   ----  So let the comparison of apples and oranges begin.

An analogy to the claim made by the EVIL CRETIN Jackoff Jones that Obama doubled clean energy production would be that in 2008 Obama had $990,000 invested in stocks and $10,000 invested in cash alternatives.    By the end of 2015 Obama now had $1,030,000 in stocks and $20,000 in cash.  Jackoff Jones would come on this forum and tell you that Obama was a great investor and had doubled his CASH.

If you are interested in the actual energy data, you can go to:

http://www.eia.gov/

There is all the data you will ever care to see.  If you take the time to dig, you will see that clean energy went up as I indicated previously.  If you break out just the 2 categories of wind and solar energy, they did go up by huge percentages.  However, that is the equivalent of Obama the investor increasing his CASH from $10,000 to $20,000.  It had an insignificant effect on his overall financial holdings.   The increase in solar and wind energy has had very little impact on our overall energy picture.

If you dig far enough and do some calculations you will see that we replaced about 2% of our fossil fuel needs with these clean energy sources that the US Taxpayer spent untold billions of dollars to subsidize.  History will show the Solyndra type spending schemes of Obama was one of the biggest boondoggles ever put on the shoulders of taxpayers.

Nevertheless, useful idiots like Jackoff Jones will continue his George Soros funded tirade in an attempt to convince you how good the FAILED Obama was.

BOTTOM-LINE: THE CORRECT ANSWER IS TO ALWAYS IGNORE JACKOFF JONES

As they did last spring/summer?

So what exactly are you beetching about? Last summer the Saudis/OPEC decided to try and bury the US oil companies who were fracking in the oil fields of North Dakota and West Texas by opening the spigots and pumping almost unlimited amounts of oil. And yet, even though fracking extraction costs are substantially higher than conventional vertical drilling, new efficiencies were discovered which allowed the US oil companies to continue pumping although at a slightly reduced rate. Also the Saudis failed to factor in the reduced shipping costs of US oil and that the oil coming out of Bakken and West Texas is considered to be some of the best oil in the world. The Saudis were playing a game of chicken and lost and the consumer came out the big winner because of the lower pump prices.

Your lack of knowledge of economics is breathtakingly deficient. In other words, you're a fcukin' idiot.

While one of the effects of quantitative easing is a cheaper currency (due to the inflation of a currency) making imports more expensive and exports cheaper, your Economics for Fcukin' Idiots theory fails because...

1) Exportation of US oil was banned until January, 2016. The economies of extraction came about through the technologies and engineering of fracking. The US enjoys benefits from the dollar acting as the reserve currency regardless of whether quantitative easing is a policy of the Federal Reserve.

2) While there may be some co-ordination of economic and government policy, the fact that Obama may have supported the Fed's QE actions makes little difference since the Federal Reserve is independent of the Executive Branch and can pretty much do what it wants.

3) Obama's "doubling of clean energy" is insignificant as Jammer pointed out. Also clean energy/renewable energy doesn't affect oil consumption in the US very much since very little electricity is produced with oil. Also considering that it requires 3-4 gallons of fossil fuels to produce the like amount of alcohol, ethanol gasoline is not considered a "clean energy".

4) Oil consumption initially dropped in the US because of the economy and the fact that people are driving fewer miles. Most of the mandated fuel efficiencies of Obama aren't even slated to start taking effect until 2017 with final implementation not until 2025. So far most of the fuel saved through fuel standards have come from people switching from gas hog SUVs to the fuel efficient crossovers and passenger cars not because of more stringent standards.

Chicken?  Really??  Who says?

The Saudis have kept their production levels high since last year in order to drive other players (especially U.S. shale drillers) out of business. Equally clear is the fact that this strategy of maintaining the glut and driving out rivals hasn’t worked so far.

Saudi Arabia has ended its flirtation with free oil markets.

It took the kingdom’s new oil minister, Khalid Al-Falih, just six months to blink, ending the country’s two-year policy of pump-at-will.

The decision at this week’s meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries in Algiers to cut production was necessitated by Saudi Arabia’s tattered finances.

Saudi Arabia and Russia, the world’s two largest crude oil producers, said they’re ready to cooperate to limit output, helping send prices to a one-year high in London.

Russia is willing to join OPEC’s efforts to stabilize the market, which would require either a freeze or a cut, President Vladimir Putin said on Monday at the World Energy Congress in Istanbul. Many producers outside the group have expressed a willingness to cooperate on output caps, said Saudi Arabia’s Energy and Industry Minister Khalid Al-Falih, who added that he was “optimistic” there’ll be a deal that could lift prices as high as $60 by year-end.

I should ask this differently. Who says they ramped up production to compete? It may have turned into a game of chicken as prices plumeted, but they never opened up the spigots as you claimed. It started out as business as usual.

I've schooled you on this before. There was never a ban on exporting petroleum products. Which is a good thing. It had to be refined right here in the good ol' USA! That kept the "job creators" from outsourcing those jobs.

2) While there may be some co-ordination of economic and government policy, the fact that Obama may have supported the Fed's QE actions makes little difference since the Federal Reserve is independent of the Executive Branch and can pretty much do what it wants.

They can, but public sentiment means a lot.

3) Obama's "doubling of clean energy" is insignificant as Jammer pointed out. Also considering that it requires 3-4 gallons of fossil fuels to produce the like amount of alcohol, ethanol gasoline is not considered a "clean energy".

Wind power, or solar, or ethanol alone may be insignificant, but when added together their effects are more meaningful. Oil and electricity most certainly compete in household heating. The less oil you use for heating, the less you need to pump. The same could be said for natural gas Again, as I've schooled you on before, the protein in the corn is essential.

4) Oil consumption initially dropped in the US because of the economy and the fact that people are driving fewer miles. Many are adopting early. My pickups got a steady 13 MPG for years pre-2009. Current one averages 17. Huge step up.

You are so full of BULLSHIT, that your odor emanates across the internet.

You are nothing but a LYING SACK OF DOGSHIT.

Which one of these is not like the other ?
LOL.
I guess your Google footsie skills need some refining.  Gomezz can help you.  And I'm certain he will despite the fact that you've disrespected his superior intellect and fact finding skill.
