Welded Sculpture
A few weeks ago I was traveling through Lemmon, SD and stopped at the free museum there.
This sculpture was out front. I've seen John Lopez work in books and on the web, but never in person. He does great work.
The museum was nice. Actually had a place in the back with fossils and information on Evolution vs. Intelligent Design.

Is that a stegosaurus being ridden?
Laughed out loud at that. History is not your strong suit is it?
Where is your proof man lived at the same time as the stegosaurus.

I've driven to Lemmon...it is not the end of the earth but you can see it from there. That statue might be real. Did you see Hugh Glass?

There's a Huge Glass there as well? Probably trying to compete with Huron's World Largest Pheasant sculpture.Darth Cheney wrote:I've driven to Lemmon...it is not the end of the earth but you can see it from there. That statue might be real. Did you see Hugh Glass?

I disagree.
You can actually see God's Country from there.

Re: Welded Sculpture
Seemed like a nice town when I did some work there but couldn't believe how long the drive was from Phillip and virtually saw zero cars along the way. That is why Hugh Glass had to crawl...couldn't hitch a ride.BladeRunner wrote:Darth Cheney wrote:I've driven to Lemmon...it is not the end of the earth but you can see it from there. Zero cars???? That's a GOOD thing.
Awesome!
And...the God's Country I was speaking of is the state to the north.

Remember Blade, God's country starts at the end of the earth.

IMO - "God's Country" starts in our souls.
It's a local call for me.
