Transition.
As used in Obamaspeak:
"If [the companies] changed [the insurance plans] then they have to notify the people who have to have the opportunity to have another policy. So-called cancellation notices help people transition to a new policy." - Rep Sander Levin (D)Michigan parroting Florida Blue CEO Patrick Geraghty's talking points.
"We're not cutting people, we're actually transitioning people," Geraghty told NBC's David Gregory. "What we've been doing is informing folks that their plan doesn't meet the test of the essential health benefits, therefore they have a choice of many options that we make available through the exchange."
Transition = Screw Job. Worthy of an entry into the Devil's Dictionary.
