What a contrast that is to the liberal campaign slogan of:

Have you ever wondered just why liberals are so EVIL?

When it comes to what is most important in their daily lives, conservatives believe what is most important is how they BEHAVE. A person’s BEHAVIOR is critical in determining who they are. Therefore, they allow their BEHAVIOR to shape their feelings.

On the other hand, to nobody’s surprise, liberals believe that how they FEEL is what determines who they are. In other words, liberals allow their FEELINGS to guide their behavior.

This perhaps just might be why liberals are such EVIL CRETINS.

Conservatives believe that judges should be umpires and make their decisions according to the law and uphold the Constitution based on the intent and meaning when the document was created. While judges will surely have personal opinions on issues, their decisions should be based on the rule of law.

Liberals on the other hand want partisan activist judges who will make their decisions on their far-left leaning ideology. They don’t want impartial umpires, they want partisan ideologues in black robes who will advance their unpopular leaning agenda that they cannot get passed legislatively.

7. The income of the truly rich is not taxed as ordinary income; it is capital gains.

Why Hauser's Law Works and ETI is Negative

Hauser's Law appears counterintuitive; why would government collect the same percentage of taxes when the top rate is 92% as it collects when it is 28%? The answer lies in human behavior; people are not sheep docilely waiting to be shorn. Higher rates incentivize people to go to great lengths to reduce taxes. They will work, save and invest less; barter, retire earlier; hide, defer and underreport income, convert ordinary income to capital gains and not realize capital gains without offsetting losses.

They employ tax shelters; shift income to lower bracket family members; seek out tax-free income; change the amount, location and composition of taxable income; exploit ambiguities and loopholes; shift income to corporations; lobby aggressively for tax breaks, move from one place to another - even outside the US; move into the occult economy; employ top tax lawyers and accountants and much more.

How to Soak the Rich - Using the Tax Code

There is only one way to soak the rich and that is with lower tax rates. It works for the same reason Hauser's Law works; the rich become disincentivized to take measures to reduce their tax bill. Whenever rates drop, the rich pay a much higher share of taxes than before. The 2003 Bush tax cuts resulted in the largest tax increase on the rich in American history; they paid over double what they paid when Carter was president. It works every time, but you won't hear it from progressives because they don't really care about soaking the rich; they only want to appear to be soaking the rich.

When you listen to all the politicians in the news, you come up with some very clear differences between conservative politicians and liberal politicians. What you will observe is the following.

Conservatives are focused on:

Enforcing existing immigration law and fixing our broken immigration policy.
Dealing with the growing China menace.
Strengthening our military.
Reducing discretionary spending and balancing the budget

And the loony liberals are focused on:

Continuing to investigate Trump until he is run from office and imprisoned.
Reparations for all who claim to be descendants of slaves.
Abolishing the Senate.
Abolishing the Electoral College.
Raising taxes.
Re-instating onerous regulations.
Expanding the Supreme Court (after they get back into power) and pack it with leftist judges.

The differences between conservatives and liberals is never ending. Try asking people what they believe is the purpose of our federal government. When you ask a conservative, you will generally get answers that translate into:

The federal government is our PROTECTOR.

Now go and ask some dumbass liberals the same question and you will soon be shocked to hear their answers that essentially translate into:

The federal government is our PROVIDER.

So how is it that dumbass liberals think the federal government was created to give us Food Stamps, EBT Cards, Welfare, Medicare for All, Free College and on and on and on? There can only be two answers. They are either plain and simple lazy ass parasites or they are uninformed about the history of our Founding and the Constitution that was created to protect our God give rights to Liberty.
