Burnt Ends Empty Burnt Ends

Burnt ends come from the cheaper/tougher point cut of a brisket vs the better/leaner/more tender flat cut. It's cubed and then smothered in barbecue sauce and have delicious, crunchy carbon edges on them. Mmmmmmm.

Anyway, Famous Dave's sent me an email promising me a $10 certificate for a future meal if I would come buy a burnt edge sandwich from them yesterday or today. So my lunch was free today and the sandwich was excellent.
