Is she is saying that life begins at different times for different women?

Basically....if the woman wants the child, life begins at conception. If the woman doesn't want the child, life begins at birth--that way she can justify killing it in the womb.

No wonder this world has gone to crap.

Cecile Richards also believes in "post-partum" abortion, which leads me to believe she had something to do with her mama's death.
