A snow emergency went into effect in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday at 7 a.m. and federal offices are closed for all non-essential workers.

How soon before some idiot liberal will blame this on the Republicans??

EDITED:  Come to think of it the government has been shut down since end of regular business hours Friday, Feb 13, 2015.

The United States managed to survive without any dire consequences.

Not sure of the accuracy but I heard DC received 4" of snow!!!
