It appears Justice Roberts who appears more concerned about his legacy than good jurisprudence, once again performs his constitutional gymnastics to sustain a poorly written law.

Scalia rips Roberts a new azzhole.
“Words no longer have meaning if an Exchange that is not established by a State is ‘established by the State.’ It is hard to come up with a clearer way to limit tax credits to state Exchanges than to use the words ‘established by the State.’ And it is hard to come up with a reason to include the words ‘by the State’ other than the purpose of limiting credits to state Exchanges.”
Scalia calls the majority's analysis to be "Pure applesauce".

Scalia nails it with his conclusion on his dissent: "The cases will publish forever the discouraging truth that the Supreme Court of the United States favors some laws over others, and is prepared to do whatever it takes to uphold and assist its favorites".
Meanwhile POTUS Barry Soetoro blathers on with remarks on today's ruling which amounts to him spouting the ol bromide "The Ends justify the Means".

File this one away alongside the Dred Scott decision. The Supreme Court is useless.
However, looking on the bright side of things, they saved the Republican Party a tremendous amount of embarrassment. The typical process is the dumbass progressive liberals create a program that has no chance of working. In fact it is so bad most of the dumbass democrats lose their jobs in Congress over it. They are replaced by Republicans who are eventually faced with either repealing the unworkable monstrosity created by the progressive socialists or trying to fix it.
They almost always lack the courage to do the right thing and scrap the piece of garbage and they try some type of patch to fix it. However, the fix they put in place makes the program even worse. So much to the delight of many weak Republicans, they were spared the embarrassment they normally have to endure.

I will say again...
Obamacare was never about health care as everyone had access to it regardless of income or ability to pay. Obamacare is wealth re-distribution taking money from the working and giving freebees to the democrat voting slugs of society. In the days of private insurance carriers you could choose your coverage, your deductible, and your healthcare provider. Now you have huge deductibles, limited providers, and government controlling where you go.
Ef the democrats for ramming this forward, the republicans for remaining largely silent, and the Supremes for doing judicial gymnastics to make it legal. They have destroyed this nation.

As stated elsewhere by another person concerning Obamacare ... and then some.!
1)Healthcare: Control healthcare and you control the people-Obamacare, now with the backing of the Supreme Court
2) Poverty: Increase the poverty level as high as possible-The number of people on foodstamps has gone up exponentially under Obama.
3) Debt: Increase the debt to an unsustainable level… that way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty-By the time Obama leaves office he would have added more to the national debt than all previous presidents before him.
4) Gun Control: Remove the ability for citizens to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a Police State.-Self explanatory
5) Welfare: Take control of every aspect of people’s lives…-Again, self explainitory.
6) Education: Take control of what people read and what people listen to – take control of what children learn in school-Common Core anyone?
7) Religion: Remove the belief in God from schools and the Government-This has been stepped up under Obama.Class Warfare– Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor-This has been going on for years and it gets even louder during an election cycle.
There you have it. Right out of Alinski's book and it's happening right before our eyes and no one cares.
