2) You know how difficult (and expen$ive) it is to park in SoHo? A parking spot for a condo sold for a $1M dollars in that neighborhood.

Good luck with that in NYC. Some of the strictest concealed carry laws in the nation are in that city. You need to show good cause so that pretty much limits the permits to celeb's personal security guards, private security or people transporting a lot of $$$$. The average Joe has to settle for a premise permit for self protection.
