More than 400 towns and cities in America

will be lost to the seaaccording to a study.

Published this week in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences journal, the doomsday list has on it the names of major population centres, including Miami and New Orleans.

Is this just more paranoia from the doom and gloom crowd taking advantage of a cyclic event?

If it is a valid and "for sure" thing to happen how come there aren't any announced evacuation/relocation plans for these doomed cities?
