How about McCain, Boehner on multiple occasions, 47 Republican Senators, Drumpf's buddy Dennis Rodman, and on and on? It's not that he violated the Logan Act, it's how he violated the Logan Act. It was that he violated it to undermine steps taken to reprimand Russia for messing with our election, while holding no office, under an administration that already has suspected Russian ties, that is yet to be sworn in. False equivalence at it's finest.
