Wow, lots of contemporary Democrats on the list. And then there is Hoover (wtf) ??

Barack will be making this list as he exits office and passes the baton to Hillary.

You might as well consider Hoover a Democrat as well. In fact the Democrat Party vetted him for President along with FDR as VP in 1919. Hoover was the ultimate RINO. He leaned so far left that he considered Woodrow Wilson his political mentor and had no trouble supporting Teddy Roosevelt's Progressive Party. He made his fortune in Australian and Chinese gold mines. In 1898 at 23yo he was making $10,000 @ year ($275,000 @ year in 2012 $)
