A decision that could change America

Strange as it is, gay marriage which is the issue before the Supreme Court, seems to the most important problem facing this country? To heck with the economy, unemployment, North Korea, Syria, or Iran.

Considering the air time Justice Roberts has a gay cousin has been getting leads me to conclude Mr. Roberts is going to be hammered regardless how he votes on this topic.

The media and the talk shows and even radio talkers sure are hung up on that lately. Overkill. But maybe some of the listeners are into that too. You can find real news if you look a little.

All of he Justices seemed more than a tad reluctant to cross the Rubicon, so to speak. They are very concerned about the ramifications a ruling in favor of same sex marriage would have on traditional marriage and with good cause. After 50 some years of Great Societal welfare injections, the Black family has been essentially destroyed and the traditional two parent family is close on it's heels. Increased crime, a plummeting fertility rate and a shrinking middle class are all a result of the Federal government meddling. Same sex marriage will only serve to increase pressure on the institution of marriage, not aid it. I believe they won't rule on the case and they'll send it back to California.

That's OK too. But I agree with first post that it is strange that it's all over the news like it's the most important thing. There is lots of other stuff going on.

I think one "justice" is very willing to cross the Rubicon. That would be Kagan. She's so far out in left field that she makes Satan look like the pope.
