Amendment Schmaendment...law enforcement can do whatever the heck they want in this country.

I like how the law enforcement is praised for missing two guys with pressure cookers in their backpacks and then taking a week to find them. Super job guys! At least they are getting a little practice and feel for rounding up citizens.

Hey guys, take a look at the congressional vote on that Patriot Act. Look at who drafted it. Look at who introduced it.
Then look at the votes to extend the thing in 2011.
You can't blame GW or O. Congress would have easily overridden any veto either time.
