I am still trying to get my head around the fact that he's trying to make a profit off something he did years ago.
He was likely paid for this work at the time, so why try to make money off of them now?

He's like a columnist who puts together all of his columns through the years and calls it a book. Cripes, we are up to 5 books now and he's still not done recycling his "fun" stuff. Woof!

I can't imagine he's going to make a ton of money at .99 @ considering that he get's only a 35% royalty. That's not much for all the work he's doing. In the ol' daze it was called vanity press. Isn't vanity a form of pride and therefore one of the seven deadly sins?
