Boyhood Meh

Crikers! At 164 minutes long you would hope they could provide a bit more plot and dialogue in this darling of the Sundance Film Festival. You'd think that since it took 12 years to film they might have been able to put together a script with a plot in all that time. While it was interesting watching the kids grow up, that hook just isn't enough to justify this boring mess of a movie. I gave it 2 out of 5 stars on the Netflix scale.
