FBI director Comey answers questions

I have no clue why I am watching this dog and pony show.

If the American people ever thought or felt there are separate standards for the average person and the Clintons then the procedure taking place today will only strengthen that opinion.

While the Republicans on the panel are concentrating their questions on the comments by Comey on Tuesday and the constant lies Hillary has been telling for months the FBI Director and the Democrats are concentrating their efforts justifying "if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, then it must be a rabbit."

I'm amazed at several jaw dropping moments. The fact that Comey stated that Clinton wasn't sophisticated enough to understand classified markings on State Department communications

Republican Florida Congressman Ron DeSantis asked Comey about the information that was marked classified on Clinton’s email sever. “That information you found, would somebody sophisticated in those matters, should this have been obvious, that was very sensitive information?

Comey responded that they would have recognized it was. But a few minutes later, he cast doubt on whether or not Clinton actually qualified as “sophisticated” in the matter.

“I just want to take one of your assumptions about ‘sophistication,’” Comey said. “I don’t think our investigation established she was particularly sophisticated with respect to classified information and the levels and treatment.”

“Isn’t she an original classification authority though?” asked a stunned DeSantis.

“Yes, sir, yes, sir,” Comey responded.

“Good grief,” DeSantis said, shaking his head.

And Comey admitting that while States have statutes concerning negligent homicide that don't require intent, that somehow this excuses the Feds from requiring intent even though State laws are guided by the Federal Constitution and that Congress had explicitly legislated that intent was not needed in the negligent handling of secret documents. WTF? The contortions Comey is going through are beyond bat shiste crazy while the Broomrider's campaign is trying to spin this as vindication of her incompetence.

If the FBI is not going to do their job, then defund them.  There is no need to keep spending taxpayer money on a part of the government that refuses to do its job.

As for watching the House proceedings, any person who can listen to those democrats and then say they represent the values and principles they hold, then it is quite simple - THEY ARE PURE EVIL.

You cannot change the mind of evil, you cannot convert evil, you cannot compromise with evil.  There is only one answer and that is you must DEFEAT evil.  In this particular case that means winning elections.  Yes, I know there are a lot of problems with various candidates in this election cycle.  That is why it is important to get involved early in the primary and make sure we are getting the best candidates elected.

It takes a lot of hard work to win an election especially when you are fighting a rigged system by the democrats.  However, hard work and TRUTH will eventually win.  We have TRUTH on our side, the only question is whether WE will put in the hard work to make this country better for our kids and grandkids.

And the WTF Moments just have no end in this farce. Comey admitted that the Broomrider's interview with the FBI was not only not recorded but wasn't under oath. Jeebus.

During testimony before Congress on Thursday, FBI Director James Comey stated that the FBI’s interview with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not under oath or recorded, but it still would be a crime to lie to the FBI.

Keep in mind the "FIX" has been in place for a matter of time.

1. Hillary's constant statements she did nothing wrong.

3. Obama agrees to accompany Hillary on the campaign

4. Hillary finally agreeing to being questioned by the FBI.

5. Comey's announcement that Hillary violated statutes yet no charges are recommended based on precedence (he must have forgotten Gen Patreaus got more punishment for far less)

Great closing statement by Rep Trey Gowdy after he eviscerated Comey's testimony on what constitutes intent vs gross negligence.

"And my real fear is this, this is what [Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah)] touched upon, this double tracked justice system rightly or wrong hey perceived this country, that if you are a private in the Army and you email yourself classified information, you will be kicked out but if you are Hillary Clinton and you seek a promotion to commander-in-chief, you will not be," Gowdy concluded. "So what I hope you can do today is help the average person, the reasonable person you made reference to, the reasonable person understand, why she appears to be treated differently than the rest of us would be."

Florida Republican Congressman John Mica asking Comey if he had seen "Hamilton." Comey answered he had not, but he would like to. Congressman Mica hasn't seen "Hamilton" either.

1) They didn't have their own server servers.

2) Any classified material that might have been sent was unclassified at the time and later reclassified. Although this was an excuse that was put forward by the Ditzy Blonde Broomrider, Comy explained that that was not the case in 100+ emails that Broomrider sent and received.
