I love Dave Ramsey's sound financial advice and biblical approach to giving.  I don't think he's always 100% right,  but you'll never go wrong listening to his advice.  However I can't stand his politics.

I was listening to him go on the other day about carrying his firearm everywhere he goes and then he trails off into the usual BS about how the Second Amendment allows every man woman and child who wants to carry a gun around the right to do so with no questions asked.  Whatever....

Then he trots out his straw man argument about Obama's great gun grab, and how it has backfired because it has actually put more guns in the hands of Americans.  Then he of course yucks it up about how Obama has been the best sales tool ever for gun manufacturers.

#1.  Much to the dismay if his constituents, Obama hasn't lifted a finger on gun control.

#2.  It's useful idiots that believe the lies spread by the NRA and others that have sold guns.  Not Obama.

#1) Only because his democrat constituents are cowards and they don't have the balls to try.

#2) Thought of a gun grabbing Marxist from Kenya make people purchase firearms.

I realize you aren't very smart so won't get into anything deeper...just try to process what I typed.

The Broomrider said in tonight's debate that she will close the online gun loophole. What loophole is that? I thought all online purchases still had to go through a dealer with a Federal Firearms License before the purchaser could take possession.

As for the gun show loophole, aren't most of the dealers at gun shows licensed Federal dealers? Is the Broomrider saying that a private individual can't sell a gun occasionally? That those purchases are responsible for the majority of shootings in the US?

And just how does a "comprehensive" background check differ from the background check now performed when you purchase a gun?

All liberal lies for the stupid masses. The only "Loophole" is for a private individual selling to another private individual within the same state or a father handing his weapon down to his child.

You guys apparently weren't young when the drinking age was 21. How do you get beer when the store won't sell it to you? You ask someone who could buy it for you. Or you bought theirs from them.

You mean like when the ATF authorized straw man purchases in the Fast and Furious gunwalking scandal and AG Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for withholding documents from the investigation of the program? FYI, straw man purchase like you are describing are illegal for private citizens. Not so it appears for the Obama administration.

Since the MLDA has been 21 in South Dakota since 1984 only those born, oh say around 1975 or later, would need to resort to the situation you portray.

Nice pivot. You should have been a basketball player. What does this have to do with Obama's supposed gun grab?

I admit I played with your words earlier when you mentioned drinking, but................................

Anyway, do you have any hard evidence of the number of guns purchased privately friend to friend or from a stranger at a gun show are used in criminal actions?

It doesn't matter. The object is banning all guns everywhere ala England and now Australia. Citing these idiotic "reasons", read excuses, are a simple sham to scare any of the sheeples out there who cower in the corner sucking their thumbs in a dark room denying that there are any safe places on earth till all guns are gone forever. The Dem screed has no basis in reality.

I completely agree with you and that is why I think it is a huge mistake for conservatives to even have a dialog with these asshole liberals.  All it does is provide a "soapbox" for these EVIL CRETINS to push their EVIL agenda.  And every time they get this opportunity, they have a chance to convince some low information voter to think their way.  These people are EVIL and dangerous to liberty and the American way of life.

LOL  And yet - eight ( 8 ).   The number of pieces of dialogue contributed by you boys on a liberal internet forum in response to a thread created by a liberal.

You boys are just like Trump.  You know what you want to do [keep your yaps shut], but you just can't contain yourselves for longer than a few minutes.

Thanks for the dialogue fella's.

That's Jammer's view and he's entitled to it. Myself I believe in confronting liberal's intellectually vacuous arguments, gutting them like a hog and leaving them to fester and rot under the light and heat of truth. But that's just my style.

Then why does Jackoff Jones claim victory every time you get into a pissing contest with him?

It is one thing to have an intellectually honest discussion with an open minded individual.  However, these useful idiots on here are about as closed minded as it comes.  I doubt if you can list any quantifiable number of times that you actually changed the minds of these EVIL cretins.  However, I can gather quite a long list of occasions where they only became more emboldened when they saw their Marxist comrades go toe to toe with you and then raise their arm in victory.

If you want to make a difference in this battle for American Liberty, then I suggest that you take your talents and knowledge and go door to door among your neighbors.  I think you might be surprised to learn "What your neighbors might not know, but maybe should".  And then see how many "low information" voters you have converted to the cause of LIBERTY.  That is how you make a difference.

However, if that is not what you are interested in - please feel free to carry on.

When you go door to door do you find that you hear a lot of scampering and see a lot of window shades being b pulled down bas you walk up, but nobody answers? I bet you can pick out the sound of a deadbolt being locked from a mile away.

Odd, when I talk to my neighbors about the smell of death surrounding HRC and the multitude of transgressions she's committed I am met with silence. Further prying reveals that they are simply doing what the DNC is telling us that Republicans are doing with Trump, holding their noses and pulling the handle for their party. No matter the brown gooey smelly stuff they're wading thru to do it.

Yeah, I am not surprised you encounter that sometimes.  One really needs to determine the underlying reason for this.  If you are living next door to a closed minded useful idiot like Jackoff Jones, Butthole or Sleazy Slut, you are wasting your time with them.  You would have a better chance if you found a brick wall to talk to.  Closed minded assholes like them only care about one thing and that is destroying America by advancing their EVIL AGENDA.

Sometimes the problem is that us conservatives have lost control of the narrative and as a result elections are focused on personalities and not principles and values.  When you are in that situation, a Donald Trump doesn't make for an easy sell.

I find that I have some success in those situations by doing one of several things.  One that often works is by talking about down ticket races especially in some of the state and local races where the candidates are not that well known.  Even these brick walls you mentioned are sometimes quite happy to learn a little bit about somebody who they are unfamiliar with.

I personally like to talk principles and values.  When you do comparisons of progressive liberal values and principles versus conservative values and principles especially when you can use everyday type analogies to make your point, you almost always gain ground.  The trouble is timing.  The closer you get to election day, the less likely people will want to talk values and principles.  At that point they are waist deep into PERSONALITIES.  The best time to start talking to your neighbors about values and principles will be November 8.

Another possible strategy if your neighbors are musically inclined is to provide them some "Golden Oldies" for their listening enjoyment:
