Sandy Hook Lawsuits

I realize their has been a lot of discussion regarding this on the other website whose name we shall not speak but here is what I think is a legitimate question:

Does a school, shopping mall, or any public place that creates a "Gun Free Zone" have any responsibility for protecting the people they denied the right of self defense? I say the do take on an additional burden of protection to those they invite onto their premises under those restrictions. This doesn't take away from the crazed killer or money sucking attorneys willing to exploit this for monetary gain.

Sounds like having an armed guard at the school could have prevented this....and the resulting lawsuit.

I think it was Limbaugh who said we should keep at least one commie-lib-socialist-gun-grabbin-democrat-votin idiot as a reminder of what to never allow to flourish on the planet ever again. This is a fairly good candidate. The question now is where to keep it, Folsom, Quentin or Pelican Bay?
