What are your thoughts of this list?

"10 things you can't do while following Jesus"

At the link below these ten are explained:

"10) Exclude people because they practice another religion.

9) Exclude people for what they look like, how they were born or things beyond their control.

Withhold healthcare from people.

7) Exclude people.

6) Let people go hungry.

5) Make money more important than God (and the children of God).

4) Judge others.

3) Be physically aggressive or violent.

2) Use the church to hurt people.

1) Hate.

What are your thoughts on this article?

I can see a few the author of that thread does himself.

AND I can think of others things that should be added to this list.

The author believes that Jesus practices "Dudeism" From the article: "For the most part, Jesus practiced Dudeism". WTF? Dudeism is a mock religion/philosophy inspired by "The Dude" in the Coen Brother's movie "The Big Lebowski". Great movie but to be cited in what is a serious article on Jesus? scratch

Are you referring to Christ?
Agreed, I can also think of other things that Sandlin could have added. I imagine we all can. But, it was a good blog IMO.

I believe "HE" is in reference to the person who started that particular thread.

I'd say the author of the thread as well as the moderators at that site practice # 7 all of the time. In fact, the success of this site is pretty much the result of that author whining to the moderators so much they banned members.

Based on that, isn't it a possibility that the author must not be a "follower" of Jesus practice #7 on his list?
