GOP congresswoman refuses abortion based on a doctor's opinion, and her baby survives.

We need to outlaw prayer.  

Another example of a much higher power than doctors. Although the doctors' and scientists' new/experimental method of injectioning fluids helped save this child, God still has the final say.

May God bless this child and her parents. They have a long hard road ahead. A 2-lb baby on dialysis. Then the years of waiting for enough maturity, and the many other inevitable complications to overcome, and then maybe she will eventually be eligible for a risky transplant.

I imagine that the congresswomen is rethinking her position on the ACA, now. The parents are looking at years of extremely high medical expenses, equipment, & nursing care for a child with a pre-existing condition - who would be un-insurable without the ACA.
God does work in mysterious ways. Pray for them. It will still be emotionally draining & take it's toll.
