Grilling Margaritas Empty Grilling Margaritas

I gave the ol' Weber a work out tonight and made a fantastic margarita chicken with a grilled ratatouille salad and sweet corn. My cardiologist would be so proud.

The chicken had a great lime/tequila kick to it but the orange didn't appear. Gonna add some orange zest next time around. My daughter turned me on to the ratatouille salad on a recent vacation. I probably grilled the squash and eggplant a tad long but other than that it was heavenly.

That would be "grilled" ratatouille salad. Burning vegetables makes it very manly and studly. cheers
