I can tell you SD saw a lot more than 25% increase in insurance premiums. I had coverage through DakotaCare and received notice every 3 months of a 15%+ increase multiple times. Finally, they were bought out by Avera I believe. Any deniers that want to argue Obamacare hasn't sent premiums skyrocketing with raising deductibles is an idiot.

Hey jerkoff, let’s use this as an EXAMPLE of what the issue MIGHT be. The definition of range high is the average increase of the 4 plans, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. When you do the calculation using the ILLUSTRATIVE numbers below that comes up to 28.3%.
