Anand, an expert on fetal pain, and the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, showing that pre-born children at 20 weeks and older definitely feel pain – likely more acutely than older children do.

It's interesting that liberals want to control a parent's actions by preventing them from spanking (inflicting pain) but are quite alright with them murdering their child by inflicting pain.
