As soon as it was announced Olooser's DOJ was investigating the IRS it was obvious what the outcome would be.

It just joined Fast and Furious and a couple other incidents that were swept under the rug.

She got a pass on prosecution on a charge of willfully deleting her e-mails ala HRC. Proving that she actually did it or is responsible for it being done is almost impossible. Did anyone actually expect that charges would be brought? I sure didn't. And unless there is a truly smoking gun in the broomriders case there won't be a prosecution there. The FBI is investigating HRC now but I woudn't lay odds on her actually being indicted. For the same reason.

The only person they've found who would have that info in Cankles case has pled the 5th and if the Klinton Mafia follows true to form he'll wind up Like Foster.

I'm shocked, shocked to hear that the O'Clowna Injustice Dept has declined to indict Lois "The Dog Ate My Hard Drive" Lerner. Shocked.    /sarc

What do you expect when the Executive branch investigates itself? Absent a special prosecutor this investigation ended as scripted by O'Clowna. Even the morally corrupt Nixon was forced to go through two Attorney Generals to fire his special prosecutor when the hound dogs got to sniffing too close to the Oval Office.
