Recently talked to a manager of a large health care org. They are excited about obama care, we will get money. He also said something interesting. "Hospitals admits, will be considered a failure of the system. Prevention, out patient care. ect is the plan to reduce cost. rationed care was never mentioned. But it seems to be implied.
