Neither Clinton, nor Bush have any vote on the immigration bill.
How are the immigrants going to get these back refunds anyway? Are they going to file back taxes?

Why do you want to treat them like some kind of second class citizen?

If they lived in this country then we must assume they were working doing jobs Americans won't do. Yet for their toil, you would deny them the same refund check every other societal slug received from the government. Shame, shame on you!!! /lib

You can't get a refund if you didn't file a return. It really is that simple.

If you didn't have a job, or no other form of taxable income, you would not file a return.
