As usual you're a bit confused.  Snowflakes are liberals, cub scouts, while part of the BSA are not boy scouts.  The kid asking the questions was the "snowflake" here.  Most likely coached pretty carefully by his parents as to what to ask and fire the questions without pause so as to disallow the Senator any item by item answer.  The type of talking points he used were right out of your Soros funded web site.  Setup ambushes from the left are now a staple of their agenda, since they aren't really making any progress anywhere else they might as well start picking on the cub scouts.

Your comment about Utopia caused me to think of my friend George’s favorite story about communists like Jackoff Jones.  He calls it his “They promise you a Mercedes but give you a Trabant.

The Trabant was the best car ever produced by the communists.  It had a two-stroke, two-cylinder engine and went from zero to 60 in the same day. It had 26 horsepower and a top speed of 60 mph. The gas gauge was a dipstick and oil had to be mixed in with the gas in precisely the correct proportion. Since it had no fuel pump, the gas tank was located atop the engine for gravity flow.  Despite all this, the waiting time from order to delivery was 12-15 years.

Contrast the East German manufactured Trabant with cars manufactured in West Germany at the same time: Mercedes, VW, Audi and BMW.   Socialism produced Trabants with a 12- year wait; capitalism produced Mercedes and BMWs all available immediately and with a stunning array of options. The difference between socialism and capitalism really is this obvious - - they promise you a Mercedes, but they give you a Trabant!

So, every time you hear one of these communist assholes like Jackoff Jones preaching the wonders of his socialist system, just remember the story of “They promise you a Mercedes but give you a Trabant.

Should they have built more factories? Possibly. But then again why? We're they serving their purpose? Yes. Let somebody else have an opportunity to build a car. Their biggest downfall was that they didn't keep updating their product. Some didn't feel it was necessary. Probably the biggest downfall of running a business publicly. Conservatives hold you back.
