Then there's this:

Deuteronomy 24:14-15

14 Do not take advantage of a hired worker who is poor and needy, whether that worker is a fellow Israelite or a foreigner residing in one of your towns. 15 Pay them their wages each day before sunset, because they are poor and are counting on it. Otherwise they may cry to the Lord against you, and you will be guilty of sin.

Note: "hired worker" not liberal slug

What's your point?   There's plenty of working poor in this country.

And there's plenty of non-working slugs on tax payer assistance in this country that would never think about actually working. I just described the democrat party base.

It is impossible to apportion income taxes by population since the tax base is uneven per capita among the states. Because of apportionment, the tax rates would have to be higher in poorer states or in states with a smaller per capita tax base.

Now we are getting down to the brass tacks...you don't think people should have to pay for their medical care. How about if we include farmers in that mix...I don't think people should have to pay for food. What about the construction industry, should people really be required to pay for their housing? The list goes on and on and on for a brainless liberal who can't seem to be able to put 2 and 2 together. Nobody forced anyone to receive expensive medical treatments. You don't want to pay the bill then don't go. I get so tired in the endless circular moronic exercises liberals go through. The problem with Socialism/Liberalism is eventually you run out of other people's money.

This has nothing to do with population. It has everything to do with hypocrisy, and the GOP drowns in it. Any good conservative would tell you that it's not the job of the rest of the country to compensate for another state's lacking tax base. Why don't these lazy Republicans get off their asses and get to work to grow their own tax base?  Try again socialist.... Rolling Eyes

You are either the biggest fuching idiot in the word or the devil himself.  The data used in that link is pure BS.  It is distorted and totally misrepresents the issue it presents.

Several years ago when the Argus Leader still had an open comment section, I spent several dayson its forum section going through the actual data that was used to construct the liberal lie in your link, LINE BY LINE.  Where the revenue came from and where the expenditures went.  The actual underlying facts were indisputable.

Any piece of dogshit that posts liberal distortions like that does not deserve an ounce of respect.  You are pure slime.  Revenue included issues such as how corporate income taxes paid by the largest US companies based in states like Delaware, New York and New Jersey was apportioned.  Of special interest was how much of the expenditures for states like South Dakota went to the Indian Reservations and military bases like Ellsworth AFB.

You are lower than dogshit.  You are lying scum.

If you would spend less time arguing with your liberal straw man, maybe you would have some clue as to WTF is actually going on in this country.  I've never said anything like that.  I've said in the past that I believe health insurance should be like crop insurance.  The federal government covers the rare catastrophic loss, and the insurance company is on the hook for the rest.  If you take the catastrophic risk away from the insurance company the premiums should be much less.

Fuch you asshole.  That was 5 - 6 -7 years ago and I didn’t keep the data.  However, even if I had it I wouldn’t waste my time to copy and paste it on here.  Asshole liberals like you who don’t have an ounce of analytical capability and can’t count to 10 by memory couldn’t begin to comprehend it.  You assholes merely look at the data, get bleary eyed and say “I don’t buy it”.

I just pray for the day when all of you evil scum will be known for the evil you represent.  I long for the day when you cannot exit your house because you are the most despised piece of dogshit in your neighborhood.  Only then will we be at a point that we can save this country from evil cretins like you.

Very interesting !

Didn't you say earlier the definition of POOR is having to choose between feeding the children and purchasing healthcare?

Now you define POOR as not having hot water.

Please make up your mind which definition of POOR you are going to use.

BTW, the lack of a car and all the other items listed do not define a person as POOR ??

The problem with Socialism/Liberalism is eventually you run out of other people's money.

Crop insurance is an example of yet another liberal handout. Can you tell me any other businesses are insured by the federal government for ridiculously low premiums funded by taxpayer dollars? How about Ag property valuations...what a joke. We will soon need to build reservations for the farmers just like the Native Americans. I hope you and your spawn are the first to be moved into your government utopia. You have been suckling at the government teet all your life and can't understand why everyone doesn't. It is called pride and self esteem.

Just curious, please tell how you define "poor".

An example:

Anyone who has to choose between feeding their children and purchasing healthcare.

And these same people surely don't smoke, drink, do drugs, gamble, etc....correct?

Healthcare is free you idiot it is called Obamacare remember?

Show me a single example of anyone who was denied healthcare in this nation in the last 40 years...anyone. Nobody has ever been denied healthcare only they have been expected to pay for the services afterwards according to their ability. That is what liberals fear...actual accountability.

You're an idiot.

I couldn't agree more. Farmers are way too dependant on the government, workers are way too dependant on those ag-related jobs, and food prices are waaay too low....

Here's a few interesting facts for those of you who are interested in the truth.  Straight from the farm subsidy whistle blowers themselves.  From '95-'12:

62% of farmers received no subsidies what so ever. Zero. None. Zilch.

Of the 38% that actually recieved subsidies, 80% averaged less than $600 a year.

How's that for livin' high on the government hog?!?

Sorry if that doesn't fit your "government teat" rhetoric.
