Is it coincidence that you mention this because over the past two or three years often when encountering young people with children, especially in the supermarket line during our conversation to pass the time, I mention I am sort of fortunate not to be their age and raising children. They ask me what I mean and I tell them when I was raising children I told my children they had the same opportunity in life as my parents and millions before me. Now the future of those newborn to preteen, when achieving adulthood will be a combination of present third world country living and state controlled and provided livelihood.
