sdkid even gets the 9/11 shoot down order incorrect. Bush never gave the order, Cheney did and Cheney did not have the authority to, the Secretary of Defense would (Rumsfeld).

What's scary is the Ruby Ridge rules of engagement were declared unconstitutional by the internal 1994 Ruby Ridge Task Force Report and the 1995 Senate subcommittee report on Ruby Ridge.

The Federal Government paid out over $3M in out of court settlements of wrongful death suits while 2 agents were indicted for manslaughter and 1st degree murder, both of which were finally dropped. 12 FBI personnel were disciplined over what transpired at Ruby Ridge.

Ruby Ridge alone shows how incompetent the Federal Government is at determining imminent danger. Maybe kid needs to let the scales fall from his myopic eyes.
