Definition of Insanity...Part Deux

The LAPD is handing out gift cards for guns turned in. A $200 gift card for automatic weapons (wtf?) and $100 for everything else. This was done not to long ago and people were buying $10 junk guns and turning them in by the boatload. As I recall they ran out of money. Maybe the second, third, forth, ... time is a charm:

I'd take a Ben Franklin for a piece of sheet .22 rifle club I own. Sheesh.
