Just another 'what do you think' topic
Looks like the resident pastor had some time over the weekend to search out another article supporting his interpretation of the Bible.
He has fallen into the trap of trying to keep in the good graces of the secular/progressives by spreading dissention among the brethren.
Little does he know that his so-called liberal pals use him as a useful tool.
As a pastor, he is held to a higher standard in God's eyes and the disruption he causes will not bode well for him.

I don't care if you agree or not. Lefties often don't believe truth.

Lefty? Like you? Aren't you the guy who idolizes the old hollywood actor, draft dodger, adulterer, mexican lover? Funny. Tell me what makes you think a pastor is held to a higher standard in God's eyes.

Seriously?
James 3:1
Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.
