Love Walmart and do all my grocery shopping there. I am not a fan of their ground beef but also don't like HyVee ground meat either. I do some shopping at Franklins for meat. Walmart grocery prices kick the crap out of every other chain in town. Other, non-grocery, items I shop online and always find the best price and value.

I like seeing the little people and watch them with their daily struggles to feed their families. Having my driver stand in the same checkout line helps ground me.

Good to see ol' Geebs got rehired...I had to let him go because he was as strange as a $3 dollar bill. Word of advice...when he asks if he should pack your trunk, it is not what you think.

Re: Walmart whining thread
When it comes to prices, Walmart and Sam's Club seem to always have the lowest prices. It would appear that they have been very successful at being the "low cost" supplier in their space. However, their low margins and pricing strategy also tend to keep pressure on them to hold down costs and their stores sometimes reflect that.

There are times when the clientelle reflects that as well. I go to WallyWorrld because prices of namebrands are as low as the cheap junk found at my local Coburns.
