Republicans have had 6 years....

To repeat, the Republicans had only 2 years of control of the House and Senate. The six times the House voted for repeal, the Democrat Senate failed to act. The repeal legislation sent up by the Republican Congress in January of '16 was vetoed as expected by a President hell bent on protecting his tattered legacy.

Settling a lawsuit is not necessarily an admission of guilt. President-elect Trump has bigger fish to fry and the lawsuit would have been a distraction. $25M is sofa change to Trump.

Well your insurance agent is as fcuking stoopid as you are. Small business owners (under 50 employees) have only two options under Obamacare if they can no longer afford private group insurance (which remains available). They could dump their employees onto the ACA exchanges or they could offer ACA policies through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) marketplace which has been a bigger failure than ACA with only 85,000 people from 11,000 small businesses getting coverage through SHOP. The Congressional Budget Office had estimated 1 million expected enrollees by the end of 2015. Better get a couple of more contracts Fcukstik.

Please... Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes  You've spent decades chasing Hillary around with a torch and pitchfork, and still claim she's guilty of everything even though she's been cleared on every account.  Now your party's leader and President Elect has an opportunity to rid his, and your party's, 'good name' of being a fraud, and you're saying he's too busy to mess with that???

I'm afraid my insurance agent could run circles around you, as could I(but you knew that). Granted he doesn't parade around in a bottom shelf Jag or drink overpriced beer, but he's a millionaire many times over. He had an employee that had breast cancer, so until Obamacare, getting them insurance was out. My guys are all young and have families, so trying to stay ahead of their possible issues would be impossible. Say what you want about Obamacare but our insurance industry is a train wreck any way you slice it. And it will be until the profit is taken out of it.

The only circles you run is when you take a crap and watch the swirl of the flush. Ask your fcuking stoopid insurance agent what high risk pools were for and why he didn't know about stuff like that. And since he's so rich, he should've ponied up the extra premium costs for his employee. However, since he hangs with one of the biggest azzholes on the planet, it appears he's picked up some bad habits. Go lecture him about giving up his commissions on his insurance policies he sells.

Even if you didn't actually scribble in the box, you've been lock step supportive of him. A distinction without a difference. He's your man until you prove otherwise, and it doesn't count after the American people figure out he's a fraud.

To be clear,  he didn't make his money in selling health insurance.  He made it selling crop insurance.  This should give you a better handle on where the mound of crop insurance subsidies go.  Don't like it?  Contact your representatives.  Ask them why we don't cut out the middle man and have producers work directly with the government for their insurance.  Let me know how it goes

Didn't say he sold health insurance. But seriously, what small business owner who has dealt with employee health insurance didn't know about high risk pools. Oh yeah, I forget I'm dealing with Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dumb 2.0

It's not a matter of knowing about them, it's a matter of being able to afford them. You see, premiums aren't based on bottom line profitability, they're based on whatever the market will bear. Which is scary when people's lives are on the line. But either way, when you're not big enough to negotiate the value of the lIves of your employees, the rebates found in the small business portion of the ACA are essential.

"No plan" simply means Trump has no plan. The AG might think differently about that. Unlike the current abortion in power most Republican admins have kept hands off the AG and the cases and investigations. Give the FBI and JD an unobstructed field to work and they'll decide if prosecution is warranted.
